The challenge
For traditional operating businesses, AI transformation reaches across departments and job functions. Standard Communities and WPS needed to identify where agents could create the most value, redesign the work around them, and prepare leaders and teams to operate in that new model.
Our work
Choose where the effort will pay off
We audited teams and workflows and developed a rubric for selecting the tasks and people to focus on. This gave the business a way to prioritize the changes with the largest expected return.
Teach leaders and teams to build with agents
Hands-on workshops taught leaders how to use reusable skills and create their own agents, grounded in the work their teams actually do.
Develop the internal champions
We coached AI-curious team members and helped prepare their demonstrations ahead of monthly show-and-tell sessions. Colleagues could see useful work from people they already knew and learn how to apply it themselves.
The result
At Standard Communities, AI agents enable the acquisitions team to efficiently source and evaluate opportunities, all while keeping expert humans in the loop where taste and judgement counts. Across both engagements, monthly sessions give internal champions a way to share what works and help colleagues apply it. For the acquisitions team, this means evaluating and making decisions on a greater volume of deals.
